David Tweedt

Secretary

With over 30 years of business improvement and leadership roles, David has a strong track record of creating outstanding client results. His recent roles include President and CFO, and he deeply cares about his clients.


James Clayton

BOARD MEMBER

Experience includes a start-up Mortgage Banking company, the acquisition of an existing federal Trust Company and the establishment of a Schedule I Bank. He has also participated in the sale and/or merger of these institutions.

Anthony De Almeida

Chief Executive Officer

Anthony is the Founder of The Unbankers. He has consulted to international boards, resulting in affiliate partnerships and multi-million-dollar transactions. His first finance technology generated over 64,000 online, encrypted applications over a 10-year period, and his team created efficient underwriting processes and technologies which earned him the contract to create the first ever Costco Canada mortgage program. He also co-developed a revolutionary technology for Mayo Clinic and Lloyds of London to provide “instant issue” medical insurance.


David Tweedt

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER/Chief FiNANCIAL OFFICER

David is a thought-leader having developed multiple approaches that combine high impact leadership techniques with Lean principles. He applies this to various unique company situations to enable these businesses to thrive. Early in his career, he studied under former Toyota executives from Japan while at The Wiremold Company. The Wiremold Company has been written up in numerous books as having been one of the first US companies to go through a complete business transformation in the 90’s. He played a key role as a change catalyst within this company as he helped drive the double-digit productivity mindset. Overall, he developed a strong understanding of the dynamics and nuances of delivering double digit productivity year after year.

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Cameron brings more than 30+ years as a dynamic and creative marketing leader. He has a passion for developing innovative strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement. With over two decades of experience in marketing and communications, he has a proven track record of success in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth and profitability. He is a strategic and analytical thinker who thrives on finding creative solutions to complex business challenges.


Pete Winiarski

Chief RELATIONSHIP Officer

Pete has held meaningful roles at multiple pedigree companies known around the world for their performance culture and outstanding results. He was trained in Japan in principles of the Toyota Production System and facilitated hundreds of kaizen events at The Wiremold Company during its full business transformation, and then took on operations leadership roles in production and distribution. Pete was then an engagement manager and leader of the operations practice at McKinsey and Company. He was also the VP of Operations of one of Danaher’s operating companies responsible for all manufacturing, quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain activities.

 

Janine Pfitzner

For over 15 years, Janine has consistently demonstrated a remarkable aptitude for tactfully navigating crisis scenarios and fostering client-connection within each of the Retail, Hospitality, and Customer Service sectors. Showcasing an infectious enthusiasm and an uncanny knack for problem-solving, she thrives on fostering enduring client relationships.

Janine cut her teeth in the Finance industry, serving as a Personal Banker for four years. Her tenure in the banking sector allowed her to delve into the essence of customer service and comprehend the remarkable impact of positive interactions in a client's day.
